Springsteen gets boos in Boston — Yeah Giants!

One of my favorite songs on the new album is the title track “Wrecking Ball” with its Giants Stadium references.

Backstreets.com made me laugh out loud with this gem from Monday’s (March 26) show at TD Garden:

Bruce earned his only boos of the night during the title cut of the new album, singing about the place where Giants played the game to a still-smarting Patriot Nation. Bruce was ready with a long, grinning pause to underscore that everybody — band, Boss and audience — was on the same page.

Can’t wait to scream that line in Albany, summer home of the NY Giants!

From Wikipedia:

The concert capped a five-night stand of performances in September and October, highlighting Springsteen’s classic albums, Born To Run, Darkness on the Edge of Town, and Born In The USA as well as debuting a new song in honor of New Jersey, the Giants, and Giants Stadium entitled, “Wrecking Ball.” [54]
